<p>1.由三氯乙酸乙醇酯化而得。把三氯乙酸、无水乙醇和硫酸一起加热回流6h。冷却后倒入水中分出酯层，用5-10%的碳酸钠溶液中和，再用水洗涤，加无水氯化钙干燥过夜。过滤后进行蒸馏即得成品。收率75%。<br>2.制法：于装有搅拌器、分馏冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入三氯乙酸<br>（2）1.65kg（10mol），无水乙醇4L，浓硫酸25mL。搅拌下加热回流反应6h。蒸出乙醇和水约3L。加入3～5倍的水。分出油层，用饱和碳酸钠溶液洗涤后，无水硫酸钠干燥，分馏，收集165～168℃的馏分，得产物<br>（1）1.5～1.6kg，收率75%。</p> | |
