<p>1.制法:于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗、通气导管的反应瓶中,加入96%的浓硫酸470g(225mL,4.8mol),100mL四氯化碳,金刚烷<br>(2)13.6g(0.1mol)。冰浴冷至17~19℃,加入1mL98%~100%的甲酸。而后慢慢滴加叔丁醇29.6mL(0.4mol)与98%~100%的甲酸55g(1.2mol)的溶液,控制滴加速度,保持17~25℃约2h加完。加完后继续搅拌反应30min。倒入700g碎冰中,分出有机层,水层用四氯化碳提取3次。合并有机层,加入15mol/L的氨水110mL,充分摇动。过滤生成的铵盐,20mL冷丙酮洗涤。加入250mL水中,用浓盐酸酸化,氯仿提取。氯仿层用无水硫酸钠干燥,蒸出溶剂至干。得粗品<br>(1)12~13g,收率67%~72%,mp173~174℃。用甲醇-水重结晶,mp175~176.5℃。</p> | |
