<p>金刚烷存在于石油中,含量约为百万分之四。金刚烷可由二聚环戊二烯催化氢化得四氢二聚环戊二烯,再在无水氯化铝存在下异构化制得。工艺过程如下<br>1.催化氢化 将二聚环戊二烯和镍催化剂加入高压釜,用氮置换釜内空气。然后开动搅拌通氢反应。前半阶段压力为0.5-0.7MPa,后半阶段压力为1.5-2MPa,温度120℃,约需12h至不吸氢为止。静置3-4h,分层,取样化验,含烯烃应在2%以下。<br>2.异构化 将四氢二聚环戊二烯加入干燥的搪玻璃罐内,再加入无水三氯化铝,35℃保温,搅拌溶解。在3h内滴加入水,并逐步将温度提高到75℃,反应5h后降温到40℃,加水破坏三氯化铝,开始水蒸汽蒸馏,收集蒸出的金刚烷,滤干,用少量丙酮洗涤,得金刚烷。</p> | |
<p>用于合成金刚烷衍生物。常用作药物中间体,亦可用作光敏材料原料、环氧树脂固化剂、化妆品及表面活性剂的中间体等。</p> |
