由金刚烷溴化而得。在干燥的搪瓷玻璃锅中,加入金刚烷,滴加溴素,慢慢升高温度至70℃左右,回流反应6h。随着1-溴金刚烷的生成,反应物的回流温度逐渐升高,最后达到100℃,反应结束后,放置过夜。再升温到45℃,滴加亚硫酸氢钠溶液除去过剩的溴。过滤,用水洗涤滤饼至中性,干燥得1-溴金刚烷。 | |
