1.由异戊醇与氢溴酸在硫酸存在下反应而得。向反应罐中按配料比加入戊醇和氢溴酸,搅拌加热到95-100℃,回流1h。在此温度下,将硫酸缓缓加入,以氢溴酸不溢出为度,在100-106℃下反应1.5h。蒸馏,将蒸馏液收集于分液罐。用水洗涤后,加5-7%碳酸钠溶液调节pH=8-9,分去水层,再用水洗至洗液pH=5-6为止。分尽洗液,加氯化钙脱水,减压蒸馏,收集118-122℃(21.3-14.7kPa),馏分而得产品,收率以异戊醇计为78%。工业品异戊基纯度为在98%以上。原料消耗定额:异戊醇792kg/t;溴素900kg/t;硫酸750kg/t。 | |
