<p>主要采用经萘法。以经萘为原料,用硫酸低温磺化,硝酸硝化,碳酸镁中和,铁粉还原,再经酸析、过滤而得。在生产克列夫酸过程中,得到混合的氨基萘磺酸镁盐,其中也含有1,8-氨基萘磺酸镁盐。这三种异构体镁盐在不同温度下有着不同的溶解度,操作时,先将混合液(还原液)浓缩到一定浓度,降温到30-32℃,先析出1,6-氨基萘磺酸镁盐(过滤后酸析得到1,6-克列夫酸);滤液加硫酸进行部分酸化,在40-45℃搅拌12h,过滤得到的就是1-萘胺-8-磺酸。滤液再继续酸析即得1,7-克列夫酸。</p>
