<p>由吡啶经发烟硫酸磺化而得。将发烟硫酸加入干燥的反应锅中，于搅拌下滴加吡啶，约2.5h加完，再加入硫酸汞。加热至230-240℃，保温13-14h。放冷至20-25℃，然后在冷却下加入乙醇中，继续冷至5℃以下，析出结晶，即为吡啶-3-磺酸。</p>
