<p>g(2.2mol)亚硝酸钠粉末于40℃以下加入至1.5L浓硫酸中,应完全溶解。122g(1mol)2,5-二氨基甲苯溶于750mL冰乙酸中。维持反应在30℃以下加入至上述配好的亚硝酰硫酸中去,以保证两个氨基完全重氮化;加完后再搅拌10min。然后慢慢加入至低于40℃的溴化亚铜溶液[144g(0.57mol)结晶硫酸铜,48g(0.75mol)铜屑、2.4L水、384g(2.7mol)结晶溴化钠,搅拌下加入72g(0.73mol)浓硫酸,一起回流4~5h,得淡黄色溶液;如仍为蓝色,可加些亚硫酸钠使蓝色基本消失。]水蒸气蒸馏,得2,5-二溴甲苯108g,收率44%。</p>
