<p>反应瓶中加入25gN-羟甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和250mL氯仿,搅拌成悬浮液,通入溴化氢气体并加热到缓慢回流,0.5h后得到透明液体,继续搅拌到不再吸收吸收溴化氢为止,大约5h后得到橙红色液体。将反应混合液倒出,用温水2×400mL(40℃)洗掉反应液中剩余的溴化氢,溶液由橙色变无色,用无水硫酸镁干燥,蒸去氯仿,得白色固体,干燥,用丙酮重结晶,得针状晶体31g,收率91.5%。</p> | |
