<p>1.制法: 于装有回流冷凝器的1L圆底烧瓶中,加入1g碘,500mL冰醋酸,苯基频哪醇<br>(2)100g(0.27mol)。摇动下慢慢加热至沸,约5min固体物溶解,生成红色溶液。立即反应液转移至1L烧杯中,冷却,析出固体,抽滤,冰醋酸洗涤2～3次,直至无色,干燥,得几乎纯的化合物<br>(1),重90～91g,收率95%～96%,mp178～179℃。将其溶于450mL热苯,过滤,再加入250mL石油醚(90～100℃),冷却,抽滤,干燥,得纯品<br>(1)82～83g,mp179～180℃ </p>
