将10份β-(3,5-二叔丁基4羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯、8.36份十八醇、1.44份甲醇钠、1.14份二甲基亚砜等投入酯交换釜,搅拌下加热升温使物料熔融、溶解,在140℃左右反应3h。然后冷却降温至80～90℃,用1.6份的醋酸中和甲醇钠。继续降温至30℃,加入12.6份石油醚萃取反应物。搅拌后静置分层,从分去的废液中回收甲醇及醋酸钠。油层经水洗、冷却、结晶、过滤、干燥,即得粗产品。滤液经蒸馏回收石油醚。 粗产品与总投料配比的2.4份酒精及1.2份的乙酸乙酯,加入溶解釜,搅拌下加热,直至回流,待物料全部溶解,趁热过滤,去掉不溶性物质。滤液送入蒸馏装置,回收溶剂浓缩后,出料、冷却、结晶析出,再离心分离,晶粒经烘干即得成品。 | |
