1.由乙酸乙烯酯经溴化、醇解而得:将乙酸乙烯酯、无水乙醇混匀冷却至-10℃,在搅拌下缓慢滴加溴素,保持-5℃,加毕。再逐渐升温至60℃维持1h后,冷却至10℃,加入1倍量的冰水,再用氨水中和至pH=6,静置分层,油层用一倍量冰水洗涤一次,分出油层,减压分馏。收集71-76℃(2.67kPa),馏分,即为成品。工业品含量≥96.5%。原料消耗定额:乙酸乙烯酯769kg/t、无水乙醇2154kg/t、溴素1338kg/t。 | |
