<p>投料比(质量)2-羟基吡嗪:三氯氧磷=1:(8~10) 在搪玻璃氯化釜内投入2-羟基吡嗪和三氯氧磷,开启搅拌、蒸汽加热和尾气氯化氢吸收系统,慢慢升温至回流,并保持平稳回流。反应结束后,真空蒸馏回收三氯氧磷,残留液则冷却至40℃以下,慢慢滴加到预先加入碎冰的水处理釜内,接着加入石加醚萃取2~3次,且合并萃取相,用无水硫酸钠干燥,然后过滤,滤液去真空蒸馏,先回收萃取剂石油醚,最后收集3.73kpa下59~62℃的馏分,即2-氯吡嗪。收率≥80%。</p> | |
