<p>在100ml反应瓶中加入N-（4-氟苯甲基）邻苯二甲酰亚胺25.5g(0.1mol)和25ml无水乙醇,再加入80%水合肼溶液6.3g(0.1mol),加热回流0.5g。加入过量的盐酸使析出的白色沉淀分解，冷却后加入适量的水搅拌，抽滤。滤液用NaOH溶液中和，用乙醚萃取，乙醚萃取液干燥后蒸除乙醚，减压蒸馏，收集44-46℃（67kPa）馏分，得对氟苄胺7.1g，收率56.5%。</p> | |
