<p>由十四醇经溴化而得。将十四醇加入反应锅，搅拌下滴加硫酸，加完后继续搅拌半小时。然后加入氢溴酸，加热至99-101℃，反应8h。冷至30℃，停止搅拌，放置12h，分取上层油状物，用10%碳酸钠溶液调节至pH为8。分去水层，油状物用等体积的50%乙醇洗2次，将洗好的油状物加入碳酸钠，间断搅拌，干燥24h。过滤，得成品。</p> | |
