1.在浓硫酸催化下，甲醇和甲醛在合成塔中反应。生成的甲缩醛从塔丁馏出，塔丁温度控制在41.5-42℃，从产物中分离未反应的甲醇供循环使用，得含量为85%以上的甲缩醛。每吨产品消耗甲醇1100kg，37%的甲醛1300kg。产品甲缩醛中的杂质主要是甲醇和甲醛，当要求较高纯度时，可用碱性过氧化氢氧化除去甲醛，加金属钠蒸馏可除去甲醇。精制方法：主要杂质为甲醇和甲醛。少量甲醛可用碱性过氧化氢氧化除去。甲醇用金属钠蒸馏除去。精制时在甲醛除去后用水洗涤，无水碳酸钾或氯化钙干燥，过滤，加金属钠蒸馏。 | |
