由苯乙酸与氯化亚砜反应制得。将等摩尔的苯乙酸辣氯化亚砜混合,于室温下反应放出二氧化硫和氯化氢气体。不再有大量气体放出时,将反应混合物热至30-40℃,保温25h,加入混合物体积四分之一的苯。采用低温蒸馏除去易挥发物,逐渐减压至0.133kPa,待全部挥发性物质除去后,蒸出55-57℃(0.133kPa)馏分,即苯乙酰氯。收率80-85%。 | |
