BF3 or BCl3 or BBr3 in neat (no solvent) byproducts: B(C2H5)3; on heating ofmixture of methylchloride and boron halid (BF3, BCl3, BBr3) with powdered Zn at 325 up to 350 °C, forming of B(CH3)3 and ZnCl2 on cooling down at -80°C;;
