SiH4 passed through a glass ozonator, higher silanes condensed in a trap held at -131°C; Si2H6 removed by raising the temp. to -95°C, trapping, mixture holding at -63°C, trapping (Si3H8 removed), mixture holding at -29°C, trapping (Si4H10);
