in neat (no solvent, solid phase) Mn(OAc)2*4H2O and (NH4)2C2O4*H2O mixed in 1:1.2 mole ratio; ground (40 min); heated (80°C, several h); washed with distd. H2O; filtered; dried (110°C, 10 h);
in water soln. of MnCl2*4H2O slowly added with stirring to soln. of Na oxalate, maintained at 60 °C for 2 h; ppt. filtered, washed with water, dried at 100 °C; elem. anal.;
