in chloroform to stirred ice cold soln. of (C6F5)3SbCl2 in chloroform bis(tributyltin)sulphide in chloroform is added dropwise during 30 min and mixt. is stirred for 3 h and allowed to attain room temp.; soln. is concd. to dryness, residue is dissolved in hot petroleum-ether(bp.60-80°C), soln. is cooled and filtered, solid - (C6F5)3Sb; filtrate is concd. at reduced pressure;
