H2O in water vigorous reaction with H2O, intermediate (PBr3OH)Br decomposes into HBr and POBr3, which precipitates first as white flakes and then is hydrolyzed to PO4(3-);;
urea in melt byproducts: guanidinium ion; urea and NH4HPO3NH2 heated under N2 at atmosphere pressure and 170°C; not isolated; detected by paper chromy. and NMR;
