in hydrogen fluoride fluorination of As in liquid HF (cooled with solid CO2) with ClF3 (Pt-vessel), addn. of NaF (less than equivalent amount) to the intermediately formed AsF5-soln., evapn. over Hg by passing through a dry stream of air;;

in neat (no solvent) fluorination of an equimolar mixture of NaF and As2O3 with BrF3;;
